Swedish/Theraputic Massage Session
"In July of 2006, I was experiencing acute pain in my upper back, shoulders and neck. I
went to my sports medicine physician who provided helpful treatment, then suggested I
get on a program of massage therapy. I was fortunate enough to find Lisa. She went
way beyond the typical relaxing massage. She worked with my muscles to provide
comfort and healing. I am amazed by her knowledge and dedication. On several
occasions Lisa would mention a different techniques she had been researching in relation
to my particular needs. Her knowledge and talent combined with her caring spirit,
kindness and compassion have made me feel very well cared for.
Before going to Lisa, I remember wishing I could return to my 20 year old body just for
a moment or two so that I could be pain free. I no longer need to wish for this…I am
pain free! Lisa has taken me from the need for massage every week to the desire of
maintaining this feeling of well being once a month. I celebrate feeling good! I’m so

I haven't had any pain in my neck for over 2-weeks, and I started walking again,
something I haven't been able to do for a long time! I am walking about 2 miles and day
now, and I feel revived and moving toward better health again! Additionally, I haven't
